Marilyn is a Toronto-based Executive Coach and Coach-Facilitator who, since 2012, has worked with hundreds of leaders across Canada and internationally from Managers to C-Suite Executives. Supporting leaders from Managers to the C-suite, she has a pragmatic, engaging and direct style, and her goal is to facilitate for each client the biggest sustainable difference for them within the shortest time with direct benefits to their business. Marilyn has facilitated groups and teams and has delivered leadership and executive coaching across both private and public sectors, including in financial services, not-for-profit and for-profit healthcare, professional services, biotech, technology, manufacturing and consumer goods, including Cannabis. Measurement Professional History Marilyn provides Executive Coaching services through Osborne Executive Coaching, a Toronto-based coaching practice. In addition, Marilyn serves on the Coaching Faculty at the Adler Graduate Professional School, a Toronto-based global pioneer in coaching education. Recently, Marilyn was also VP, Leadership Strategy with a leading coaching and consulting firm. Her role spanned executive and leadership coaching, business development, new product development and, in collaboration with the service team, delivery of integrated leadership programs and services to clients. Prior to her coaching career, Marilyn was a Chartered Accountant, a Mergers & Acquisitions and Strategy Consultant, a Senior Associate in Executive Search, and subsequently co-owner of an Executive Search practice. In these roles, she was recognized for building strong relationships with clients, for delivering business results and for positively impacting internal work cultures as a mentor and leader. To contribute to the community of coaching Marilyn has sat on the Board of Directors, International Coach Federation, and served as Chair in 2014/2015 for the ICF-Toronto PRISM Awards, and in 2016 as a PRISM Award Judge. She serves on the Board of the Toronto Organization Development Network, most recently as Director, Program Planning.
